Founder - Tricia Madrid
I first became a Notary in 1994 to assist in my career in the Mortgage and Real Estate Careers.
Since beginning my career as a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent I have achieved several Certifications to expand on my knowledge and expertise. I continue to take additional training to keep current with the ever expanding industry to always offer my customers the best service I can. I have been a Realtor for over 20 years and in the Mortgage Industry for over 30 years giving me a unique advantage of working with numerous documents over the years. I have worked my way up through the Mortgage industry and held many positions from Loan Originator, Processor, Closer, Funder, Credit Risk, Audit, Training, Mortgage Broker, and Sr. Government Underwriter. In a few of these positions I was the individual that approved the documents for either Loan Approval and Funding. I know what the industry Leaders are looking for when reviewing these documents. During my mortgage career I have held several positions in Training and Management including Branch Manager, and VP of a Well known National Bank - Mortgage Division giving me extensive experience and explaining the mortgage documents to customers and Industry Professionals alike. I look forward to serving you in a Friendly Professional Manner.
